Creative art is a great way to engage your subconcious and assist with problem solving and manifestation. We'll work with abstract art techniques to create space, dissolve obstacles and release blocks to empower and build your intention and resolution.
No artistic skill required, based on squiggles, lines, colours and connections. Watch as your solution/intention takes shape before your eyes. Simple and powerful.
You will have your own art journal to take away to add inspiring images and notes as you move forward.

VISION BOARD

Manifest Your Dreams​
A wonderful session where you will pause, relax and tune into your hearts desires through guided meditation and create your own vision board for 2025!
Your vision created your way. Using freehand drawing from your imagination to create abstract art engages your subconscious, enabling heart and soul desires to become visible. A fascinating process that keeps giving the whole year, layer upon layer of meaning, knowledge and understanding. You will see my vision board at the studio. I frame them and display them so I continue to manifest the whole year. Even now there's deeper understanding being gained. 🥰
Engage your child like freedom for art. Release expectation, boundaries, fear and embrace the joy of creating without thought. 🩷
It's such a joyful session and you have some artwork to take away and finish refining, confident in your vision of your future.

Drum Birthing Day - Book A Private Session

Bring your own single sided drum into being
​
Join Rosie & Kay in rural Central Bedfordshire for a 1 day workshop birthing your own natural skin shamanic drum in ceremony. Bespoke 1-1 or create your own drum birthing event with friends. Please contact us to plan your special day prior to to booking.

It is an honour and a privilege to birth your own drum and as such we heal the lives that have been gifted to create such a sacred object. Pledging our commitment to care and protect it with grace and humility.
​
Together we will create sacred space, Journey connecting and honouring the ethically sourced materials, opening our hearts and setting intentions. If you have your own drum for the drum circle to cleanse and build energy, please do bring it along or we will have some to borrow.
​
You have the option of a 14 or 16 inch, single sided, hand held frame drum and mallet. With an oak hoop and deer hide.
​
All materials, tools and guidance provided.
​
Snacks and refreshments provided, please bring your own packed lunch to enable you to pause and eat when right for you during your drum creation.

Self Healing With Tuning Forks Workshop

​Resonant Healing ​
An opportunity to work with tuning forks for your own health and wellbeing. This is an experiential, hands on session where you can learn how to use tuning forks for yourself. Learning about different aspects of frequency, self massage, working with targeted vibrations to ease muscles, redule pain, improve circulation and promote relaxation. A chance to unwind, relax, chat and connect. Empowering you with useful skills for yor own wellbeing. Also included: A choice of tuning fork. E-book with all the information. Light refreshments.
